DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
CUSCO – CUSIPATA
The tour begins with early hotel pickup in Cusco. The tourist transport heads south along the interprovincial highway toward Cusipata. During the drive, the guide accompanies the group, providing orientation about the route and the scheduled stops. Upon arrival in Cusipata, the programmed stop is made according to the itinerary. After completing this stage, the group boards the vehicle again to continue along the high Andean road toward the access point included in the tour.
CUSIPATA – PALCOYO
The mobility continues ascending through the Andean corridor toward Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain. Upon arrival at the designated parking area, the guide organizes the group and begins the established walking route. The vehicle remains parked while the guided circuit takes place. After completing the visit in Palcoyo and finishing the explanations at the panoramic sectors, the group regroups to prepare for the return journey along the same access road.
PALCOYO – RED VALLEY SECTOR
From Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain, the guide accompanies the group along the marked trail toward the panoramic Red Valley sector included in the program. The visit follows the designated viewpoints according to the established route. After completing the guided circuit and returning to the main access point, the group boards the transport again to descend toward the valley corridor.
RETURN TO CUSCO
After concluding the visit to Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain, the tourist transport returns via Cusipata and continues toward Cusco. The guide remains with the group during the drive back. Upon arrival in Cusco, passengers are dropped off in the city center, officially ending the full-day Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain tour experience.
